Senior Scrum Master
The Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader and agile expert responsible for mentoring multiple squads and Scrum Masters, driving enterprise-scale agile practices across the Digital Factory. This role ensures consistency in agile execution, removes systemic impediments, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and acts as a strategic delivery partner to senior stakeholders. As a senior leader, this role also supports agile transformation, squad health, and scaled agile delivery across value streams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to agile governance frameworks across squads.
- Contribute to the definition and institutionalisation of agile delivery policies, processes, and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee execution across multiple delivery squads.
- Monitor sprint health, burn rates, and alignment with release goals.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Scrum of Scrums and PI (Program Increment) planning sessions.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members to elevate agile maturity.
- Ensure robust definition of readiness (DoR) and definition of done (DoD) are embedded across all teams.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-squad dependencies and systemic blockers.
- Lead agile maturity assessments and action planning at squad and portfolio levels.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation tools, and metrics-led continuous delivery improvements.
- Champion agile experimentation, retrospectives, and lean startup practices.
- Foster a high-performing, psychologically safe environment.
- Support the career development and performance of Scrum Masters and agile team members.
- Promote Saudi national development within the agile talent pool.
- Provide strategic, consolidated reporting on squad performance, financial forecasts, risks, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure all agile delivery practices align with Jeel’s health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Agile Chapter Lead or Head of Digital Factory.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
